1. Who we are
This website is owned and operated by RB Premiere Capital Holding SIA (registration code 40103971620, Saulgožu iela 4-17, Rīga, LV-1055, Latvia) on behalf of the education provider Sportas ir psichologija MB (code 307120585, Kukučių g. 41, LT-51338 Kaunas, Lithuania), which provides the training under the name Baltic Institute of Resilience. 2. Information, not an offer
The website describes the programme and how to apply. It is not an offer to conclude a contract: a study agreement is concluded only as described in the admission and study terms. We keep the information accurate and up to date, but dates, people and details may change; the version in your written offer and study agreement prevails.
3. Use of content
You may view, print and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial purposes and quote short passages with attribution. Any other reproduction, adaptation or commercial use of texts, graphics, the institute mark or the design requires prior written permission from Sportas ir psichologija MB.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or the study environment, and do not use automated means to collect content or email addresses from them.
5. Links
Links to other websites, including the sources of statistics, are provided for information. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, neither the operator nor the education provider is liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
7. Law
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
