What the tuition includes

  • All study materials and access to the study environment for the twelve months and three months after
  • A personal tutor, seven marked assignments with written feedback, four assessed recordings
  • Weekly 90-minute live labs in the methods phase, tutorials and six group supervisions
  • The marketing and career course, Building your practice, with a marked practice plan
  • Both residency weeks in Kaunas: the full teaching programme, the venue and lunches
  • The observed practical examination and one resit if needed
  • The CBPRP certificate with public verification

Not included: travel to Kaunas, accommodation, visas and personal equipment (a computer with a camera, and space to move).

The admission fee

The admission fee pays for the work of admission: reading and assessing your application and documents, and a 20-minute online interview with the Academic Lead on Google Meet. It is €50 for citizens of the EU/EEA or Switzerland and for anyone holding an EU/EEA residence permit, and €350 for all other applicants, whose assessment also includes checking documents for the residency study visits.

  • Paying the admission fee does not guarantee admission. Places are offered to applicants who meet the admission requirements and whom we believe will complete the programme.
  • Assessment starts as soon as you pay, at your express request. If you withdraw within 14 days and before your interview has taken place, we refund the fee in full. Once your assessment and interview are completed, the fee is not refundable — whatever the decision.
  • If you are admitted, the admission fee is not deducted from tuition: it pays for a different service.

Scholarships and funding

Founding scholarships. For the 2027 cohort a limited number of partial scholarships are available to applicants resident in the EU, awarded on published criteria: the strength of your motivation and your plan for practice, and financial need. Tell us in your application if you wish to be considered; the decision is made with the admission decision.

Employer funding. Many employers fund wellbeing and HR development. We invoice your employer directly and provide the documents they need.

Lithuanian training vouchers. We are preparing registration of the programme in the Lithuanian register of non-formal education programmes. Vouchers are not available for the 2027 cohort; we will say so here when they are.

If plans change

  • Your 14 days. You may withdraw from the study agreement within 14 days of signing it without giving a reason. If the programme has not started, tuition paid is refunded in full. If you asked us to start within those 14 days, you pay only for the part already delivered.
  • After that. Instalments already due remain payable; future instalments are cancelled from the next phase boundary. Tuition is never refunded because of a failed assessment.
  • If the cohort is too small. If fewer than 16 students have enrolled by 31 December 2026, we will offer you a later start or a full refund of all tuition paid — your choice.

The binding rules are in the admission and study terms (with the model withdrawal form), the study agreement and the study rules you accept on enrolment. Disputes are governed by Lithuanian law; consumers keep the protections of their country of residence.
