1. Who you contract with
Your contract is with Sportas ir psichologija MB, registration code 307120585, Kukučių g. 41, LT-51338 Kaunas, Lithuania, which provides the training under the name Baltic Institute of Resilience (“we”). Contact: [email protected] before enrolment, [email protected] after. The website and study environment are operated on our behalf by RB Premiere Capital Holding SIA (Saulgožu iela 4-17, Rīga, LV-1055, Latvia), which is not a party to your contract.
2. The service
A twelve-month non-formal adult education programme, Certified Burnout Prevention and Recovery Practitioner (CBPRP), delivered online in English with two compulsory in-person weeks in Kaunas, as described on the programme page and in your offer. On successful completion we issue a certificate certified by the institute. It is not a state-recognised qualification and confers no licensed or regulated professional status.
3. How admission works
(1) Optional introductory contact; (2) online application; (3) invoice for the admission fee; (4) compulsory online interview; (5) decision of the Admissions Committee; (6) written offer with the study agreement and a tuition invoice; (7) admission becomes official when the study agreement is signed by both parties and the first tuition payment has been received. Submitting an application is a request for assessment, not an order for the programme. Admission is selective; we may decline an application, giving reasons. Indicative timings are on the admissions page.
4. Prices
- Admission fee: €50 for citizens of the EU/EEA or Switzerland and holders of an EU/EEA residence permit; €350 for all other applicants. It pays for the assessment of the application and documents and the interview. It is not deducted from tuition.
- Tuition for the 2027 cohort: €4,900 if paid in full; €5,000 in total if paid in three instalments (€1,700 / €1,650 / €1,650) or ten monthly instalments of €500. Due dates are stated in the offer and invoice.
- Prices are final for consumers and include all taxes due. What tuition includes and excludes is listed on the fees page; travel, accommodation and visas are not included.
5. Payment
All payments are made only by bank transfer, only in euros, against an invoice from Sportas ir psichologija MB, to the account stated on the invoice, quoting the invoice number. We do not accept cards, cash, other currencies or payments through third parties. The invoice must be paid in full; charges of your bank or intermediary banks and any currency conversion are borne by you. A payment counts as received when it is credited to our account. Never pay to an account that is not stated on our invoice; if you receive payment instructions you did not expect, check with us first.
6. Your right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason. To do so, send us a clear statement — by email to [email protected] or by post — for example using the model form below. It is enough to send it before the 14 days expire.
Admission fee. In your application you ask us to begin assessing it immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days and before your interview has taken place, we refund the admission fee in full. Once the interview has taken place, the assessment service has been fully performed at your express request and with your acknowledgement that you then lose the right of withdrawal; the fee is not refundable, whatever the decision.
Tuition. If you withdraw within 14 days of concluding the study agreement and the programme has not started, we refund all tuition paid. If you asked us in writing to start the programme within the 14 days, you pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you tell us you are withdrawing.
We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, by bank transfer to the account you paid from, in euros, without fees on our side.
7. Withdrawing later
After the withdrawal period you may end the study agreement at any time by written notice. Instalments already due remain payable; future instalments are cancelled from the next phase boundary (end of month 3, end of month 8). If you paid in full, we refund the part of the tuition attributable to phases not yet started, less the €100 difference between the instalment and full-payment prices. Tuition is not refunded because of a failed assessment.
8. If we cannot start or must change something
- If fewer than 16 students have enrolled by 31 December 2026, you choose a start with a later cohort or a full refund of all tuition paid.
- Dates are indicative until confirmed in your offer. If a confirmed in-person date must change, we tell you as early as possible — at least 60 days in advance where we can — and agree an alternative; if none works for you, you may withdraw and receive a refund of tuition for parts not yet delivered.
- We may update content, tutors and arrangements to keep the programme current, provided the programme's nature, level, duration and the certificate do not change to your disadvantage. Material changes need your agreement.
- If we cancel the programme, we refund all tuition for parts not delivered.
9. Your commitments
You agree to follow the study rules and ethical code accepted at first login, to attend both in-person weeks, to submit your own work, and never to enter information identifying practice participants or clients in the study environment. Serious breach of the study rules, after you have been heard, may end the agreement; tuition already due remains payable.
10. Late payment
If an instalment is unpaid 14 days after its due date, we send a written reminder. If it remains unpaid 30 days after the due date, we may suspend access to assessment until it is paid. Certificates are issued once all tuition due has been paid.
11. Assessment, appeals and certificate
Assessment follows the published rubrics. You may ask for a review of an assessment decision within 14 days of its release by writing to the Academic Lead; a second, independent marker reviews it and the decision is final within the institute. Certificates carry a public verification code and may be withdrawn for serious breach of the scope statement, after hearing you.
12. Liability
We provide the programme with professional care. The programme is education, not health care, and does not replace medical or psychological help. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to [email protected]. We confirm receipt and answer in writing within 14 days. If you are a consumer and are not satisfied, you may refer the dispute free of charge to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt) within one year of your complaint to us; consumers in other EU countries may also contact the European Consumer Centre of their country. Disputes are otherwise decided by the courts of Lithuania; as a consumer you may also sue, and can only be sued, in the courts of your country of residence.
14. Law and language
These terms and the study agreement are governed by Lithuanian law; as a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. The terms are available in English and in Lithuanian; the programme is taught in English. For consumers resident in Lithuania the Lithuanian version prevails in case of discrepancy.
