This website
This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties: fonts, styles and scripts are served from balticresilience.eu. We measure visits with privacy-preserving analytics that use no cookies, store no identifiers and cannot recognise you across sites. That is why you see no consent banner here: there is nothing to consent to.
Interest list
When you join the interest list we process your name and email address on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) in order to send you the programme guide, fee details and the application date. The list is held by our email service provider, MailerLite (Lithuania, EU-hosted), under a data processing agreement. You can withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us; we then delete your record. If you do not apply, we delete your record 24 months after your last interaction.
Applications and admissions
If you apply, we process the information in your application and selection conversation in order to take steps at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Unsuccessful applications are deleted 12 months after the decision unless you ask us to keep yours for a later intake.
Faculty applications
If you write to us about teaching, we process what you send (contact details, your description of your practice and teaching, any CV or links) to assess your application and to take steps towards an agreement at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)). If we do not work together, we delete it 12 months after our last contact unless you ask us to keep it for a future cohort.
Students
Enrolled students receive a separate, fuller privacy notice and study rules at first login to the study environment, covering assessment records, recordings of practice, platform logs, retention periods and the clinical boundary rule that no client health information is ever stored on our platform.
Where data is kept
Our study environment and backups run on servers in the European Union. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA except where a processor provides appropriate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V, and we list such processors in the student privacy notice.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (VDAI, vdai.lrv.lt).
